IMMANUEL’s program and project management department consists of a diverse team of technical, professional and administrative personnel who successfully manage real estate, training, debris removal, and construction programs. Immanuel’s team work as an extension of the client’s staff, assisting clients with program plans, guidelines, policies and procedures, scope of work, roles and responsibilities.  Additionally, we provide budget development, selection of other professional design consultants, contract negotiations, coordination of sub-consultants, cost estimating, cost analysis, and development of construction schedules.
